RULES OF PROCEDURE
Under subsection 21(2) of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, the Chairperson of the Tribunal may make rules of procedure.
The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal Rules of Procedure are published on the Department of Justice's web site and became effective on August 30, 2011.
